This is my first foray into putting photos I took on the Net.
These photos were taken in Bangkok last week.
The first and the last four photos were taken from moving vehicles, the first being a bus and the latter a river bus.
Comments are welcomed and appreciated. Be brutal if you want..
Have a nice day

Azli

Not possible to get out of the bus. Took the bus from the airport and saw that and shot. Agree on the adjustment of angle though.
River of Life (Farang style) is just a contrasting image to the previous image. I don't know if you know Farang is Mat Salleh?
Just wanna tell that tle lat pic, I was on the moving river bus and the guy was at a pier. Saw him, snap. Looked at the LCD and was pleased with the shot. No opportunity there for a reshoot.

To comment on your photos.
I enjoyed looking through your photos and can clearly see that you have talent with people. I really enjoyed the facial expressions that you captured as well as the black and whites.
Working with people I would try to use a lens that makes you get closer to the subject. Of course this does create a challenge to keep them from posing, but overall it creates a much better image when captured correctly.
Overall I would recommend that you stick with photojournalism, specializing in people and continue to work on capturing the mood of the subject and situation. A photo of a face only can tell the entire story if taken correctly. (see www.oneworldphoto.org/portfolio/11.html )
Overall good work and wish you the best in your future. Next time you are up in Thailand be sure to send me a message and we can try to find the time to get together.
